WORKDAY TESTING AND RELEASE MANAGER
Duties: This position will work as part of the University's Workday team and be responsible for the coordination of activity surrounding Workday updates and releases. During the current implementation, this position will be responsible for coordination of testing during Systems Integration (E2E) Testing and User-Acceptance Testing. Ongoing, this position will coordinate the project team during each Workday release. This includes managing the release process, coordinating the implementation of new and changed features, managing the test plans and aligning testing resources to those plans.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with workday is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical analysis software packages). Demonstrated ability to create and execute complex system test plans, including end-to-end testing with integrations and third party vendors. Experience with automated system testing tools is required. Strong written and oral communication skills. Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
