The Primary Care Clinic plays a leading role in a full continuum of educational programs at UNT Health.

Faculty ensures that every UNTHSC medical student is taught fundamental generalist clinical skills and patient-centered primary care.

We emphasize preparation of culturally competent family physicians to meet the needs of underserved communities through family practice residency training programs at UNT Health at UNT Health Science Center and UNT Health at Seminary.

Position Details
The Family Medicine Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Manager, Clinical Operations to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

* Provide supervision of staff and ensures compliance with UNT Health/HSC policies and procedures.
* Effectively communicates with staff, faculty, students/residents and patients.
* Manages clinical and business operations for UNT Health locations.
* Coordinates department and clinical communication focused activities.
* Effective oversite of patient flow and management.
* Analyze or assist with analysis of financial indicators, billing, reimbursement, and coding. Coordinates with providers to ensure the budget is adhered to and revenue is maximized.
* Identify ways to improve processes within the clinic.

Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, or other closely related field and five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
