2 or more years' experience in an adminstrative setting is required. Experience with complex scheduling and/or coordinating activities required.
Prior experience in an educational, speciically medical education, setting preferred.

Position Summary:

The Medical Education Office within the UW School of Medicine & Public Health seeks an Educational Coordinator to provide administrative program support for the Longitudinal Teacher Coach (LTC) program and the medical student Coaching/Competency Review process. This position will work collaboratively with the LTC Director and Assistant Director, Director of Assessment and Analytics and the Associate Dean for Medical Student Education & Services, among others within the Medical Education Office. Superior organizational skills are needed as this position is responsible for complex coordination of faculty teaching and assessment activities, maintaining tracking spreadsheets, managing online learning management systems or Box files, coordinating materials and evaluations and assisting students in connecting with their LTCs for the purpose of coaching and competency reviews. This position reports to the Administrator for Medical Student Education & Services.
