Job description

Duties: Manages the School of Nursing's Clinical Education Portal (CEP) and Contract Management System (CMS), and provides support to all users in collaboration with the Manager for Clinical Contracts and Compliance Systems. Serves as the CEP and CMS liaison with Information Technology Services department (ITS) and the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA). Conducts CEP and CMS system evaluation, produces performance reports and recommends system modifications. Ensures accuracy of all information entered in CEP and CMS. Coordinates training for all CMS and CEP users. Reviews and processes all new contracts into CMS. Assists with negotiations with clinical agency legal offices for site contracts.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 3-5 years related work experience, preferably in a university setting, and including at least 1 year in systems analysis or database management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Masters Degree in Higher Education or related field preferred. Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects and work in a team environment. Familiarity with negotiating contracts preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in computing necessary (including web content editing, Excel expertise, database management).
