The Graduate School of Social Work (GSSW) is among the finest graduate schools of social work in the country. GSSW currently has a competitive PhD program and offers a Masters of Social Work degree at three campuses in Denver, Durango, and Glenwood Springs as well as a new [email protected] online program. Position Summary

The Assistant Director of Enrollment Management at the Graduate School of Social Work reports directly to the Director of Enrollment Management and is responsible for co-managing the admission and enrollment operations for [email protected] online applicants; managing the recruitment, admission and enrollment of main campus cohorts and developing original descriptive data analyses and assessment tools related to GSSW strategic enrollment initiatives. The Assistant Director will be responsible for developing strong relationships with external and internal organizations, GSSW faculty, administrators, students and alumni. In addition, the Assistant Director will develop and manage prospective student pipeline programs, recruitment operations and yield events.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • 2-4 years of enrollment experience in a higher education setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work
  • 3-5 years of experience in at an institution with a highly selective undergraduate or graduate enrollment program
