Communications Coordinator

Bridgewater College is seeking an energetic, team-oriented, creative professional to join the Admissions Office team as the Communications Coordinator.  The Communications Coordinator will create, review and deliver bulk messages to prospective students pertaining to the enrollment process.  In addition to editing, updating, inventorying and ordering admission publications, the coordinator will also serve as the student tele-counselor advisor.  This is a full-time (37.5 hours a week), 12-month position requiring some weekend work and reports to the Admissions Coordinator.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English/Communications or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines.
  • Prior experience managing people.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across multiple platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills required.
  • Proven strength in marketing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and social media; experience with CRM software is preferred.
