The responsibilities of this position include supervising staff, analyzing available data to determine appropriate management, decision-making, and utilizing technology to achieve recruitment goals. The position will be responsible for the day- to-day process, procedures, and priorities of the admissions processing unit. Additionally, the position will provide admissions counseling for deferred students, work with the admission of unique applicants such as students that are home-schooled and students with a GED. Position will be responsible for training and interacting with UNL faculty, staff, academic advisors, and admissions staff on the processing policies and procedures. The position will serve on the Office’s Strategic Recruitment Team, chair the Individual Review process, and support other recruitment events/initiatives as needed.
