Academic Services Associate - Morgridge College of Education
The Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver invites applications for an Academic Services Associate for our online education programs through 2U. This position will serve as the hub of these programs reporting to a Lead Faculty member and providing quality customer service both within MCE and externally to DU and the greater community.
The Academic Services Associate will provide administrative and student support for faculty, staff, and students enrolled in our 2U degree programs: Library and Information Science (LIS) and School Counseling (SC). In addition to serving as the primary point of contact for 2U program requests, this position will also be responsible for the collection, storage, and maintenance of important information including student files, program syllabi, and 2U course schedules. In conjunction with other MCE Academic Services Associates, this position helps plan and coordinate various college-wide functions including orientation and graduation.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a higher education setting.
- Knowledge of Banner system and university policies and procedures.
Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm with occasional evenings.
