Essential Job Duties: The essential duties of this Postdoctoral Research Scholar will be expression and purification of membrane proteins, measuring their solid-state NMR spectra, NMR data analysis and their interpretation. The Postdoctoral Research Scholar will be trained in writing publications and will attend and present at scientific conferences.

Minimum Education/Experience:

Department Required Skills: The Postdoctoral Research Scholar position requires a PhD in Chemistry or other closely related scientific field. This position also requires a familiarity with cloning, gel electrophoresis, analytical centrifugation, HPLC and FPLC. Knowledge of the operation of NMR spectrometers is also required.
