This position will have direct responsibility for recruitment in the state Nebraska to include freshman and transfer recruitment. This includes, but is not limited to, UNL’s participation in high school and community college visits and college fairs; coordinate recruitment travel policies and procedures; admissions counselor training; supervision of at least three professional staff; and community & counseling relations. The position also analyzes data and ensures that goals are met; takes action consistent with this analysis and provides recommendations on recruitment strategies; interprets recruitment policies and exercises authority and independent judgment in making recruitment decisions on a case-by-case basis.
