Advertised Job Summary: The primary role of the Project Director will be to coordinate all intervention efforts with the community partners across the state. The Project Director will be responsible for bi-weekly check-ins with all active sites, and the day-to-day management of the Connect Project including oversight of the measurement and intervention staff, measurement and intervention protocols, training and certification of all full and part-time staff, data collection and management, and reporting of results.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Master's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Public Health or related field and 5 years experience in conducting and managing community-based research trials in under-served populations or doctorate degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Public Health or related field and 3 years experience in conducting and managing community-based research trials in under-served populations.
