Sr. Materials Management Clerk

Facilities: Kendall location

Full-Time: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Subject to change)

Tier 1 Responsibilities:

◦Receive and dispersing deliveries (Medical and Non-Medical)

◦Receiving into McKesson

◦Ordering medical supplies (Departments assigned Via Manager in coordination with satellite director)

◦Process Returns (Departments assigned Via Manager in coordination with satellite director

◦Runs daily 855 kill report

◦Inventory and storeroom management

◦Rotates expired products

Tier 2 Responsibilities:

◦Disposing of cardboard

◦Assist facilities with supply chain projects (Moving storerooms, Creating storerooms)


High School graduate. Must be computer literate. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record. Previous experience with an automated inventory management system preferred. One year previous warehouse experience required.

Physical Demands:

This position requires normal pushing, lifting and moving of equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing required. Ability to use a pallet jack/power pallet jack and a convertible hand truck are required. Must be able to climb and stand on a rolling stairs to pick supplies.

Patient safety is a top priority.
