Summary of position:

The benefits administrator position is responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, life insurance, travel and accident plan, flexible spending plan, 403(b) plan and retirement plan). The benefits administrator also provides excellent customer service and quality benefits plans, investigates new benefits programs, and improves existing programs as well as provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs.

Experience & Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's degree and three to five years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience Experience with administering 403(b) plans CEBS and/or PHR preferred Advanced Level Experience with Excel / Intermediate Experience with Word / Power Point Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal skills Evidence of the ability to practice high level of confidentiality Excellent organizational skills Familiarity with Paylocity preferred Application Deadline:
