Position Status: Full-Time
University Housing. The Night Shift Maintenance Foreman performs a wide range of supervisory mechanical and building trade tasks in the Maintenance and Repair University Facilities. The Maintenance Foreman is also responsible for the construction and fabrication of various carpentry projects. This position works nights only and routinely rotates on and off of weekends during coverage needs.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to operate a University vehicle; effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; legally authorized to work in the United States; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.
