Degree and Area of Specialization:
MD or DO, Anesthesiology
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Graduate of certified anesthesiology residency program
License or certificate:
Wisconsin medical license or eligible, board eligible or certified in Anesthesiology
Non-accredited fellowship to gain advanced training in regional anesthesia and acute pain, with additional provision of independent clinical services as an anesthesiologist.
