Duties: The Manager of Client Services reports to the Director of Hospital Operations. This position manages a complex operation for the Hospital Admissions and Emergency Services that is open 24 hours /7 days a week; handles 120 appointments daily for 13 clinical services with complex schedules. Manages and mentors 20+ frontline employees including hiring, firing, and performance management. Provides oversight and evaluation to work processes and the level of quality in customer service. Position is responsible for developing and improving workflow, developing and training for frontline practices to optimize the quality of service to hospital clients, and create client satisfaction, efficiency and consistency. Ensures optimal flow of client and clinical operations and improve the customer experience and real-time bill collection at time of checkout. Position works closely with Director of Operations and other areas of hospital leadership to successfully manage changes and demands of various hospital services. Position evaluates processes, including the current Information System that is in use. The Manager works closely with IT staff to enhance and develop a more updated IT system for electronic scheduling and payment collection process.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
