Degree and Area of Specialization:
DVM or equivalent.
American College of Zoological Medicine (ACZM) board-certification or board-eligibility is required.
Advanced Degree (MS or PhD) desirable.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Advanced training in Zoological Medicine preferred or experience satisfactory to become board-certified or board-eligible for the American College of Zoological Medicine.
License or certificate:
Must maintain a Wisconsin license to practice Veterinary Medicine.
This is a clinical track faculty position in the Zoological Medicine Section within the Department of Surgical Sciences. The position is responsible for didactic, laboratory and clinical teaching of veterinary medical students, participation in patient care, supervision of Zoological Medicine residents and continuing education of veterinarians.
