Administrative Support Associate I

Job description

Job responsibilities include daily monitoring of suspense clearing account; positive pay reconciliation with bank for vendor checks; entry of stop payment requests and voided checks in online banking system; data quality maintenance; data entry to SAP; research questions concerning checks for vendors and departments; perform data entry of prior year figures and formatting of statements, MD&A and footnotes for annual financial statements in Excel, Word and Adobe; assist with auditor inquiries; assemble quarterly interim financial statements for distribution; and provide administrative support to the department and quality service to our customers.

Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm (37.5 hours/week).
