The Physics Department at DePaul University has an opening for a full-time non-tenure track professional lecturer. The professional lecturer in physics will have the following responsibilities:

Teaching: 9 Teaching Equivalents per year mostly in the first year algebra sequence, Each section of this course is 2 teaching equivalents, so this means 4 sections of the course per year and an additional course, usually as part of the general education program.

Report directly to and work with the studio coordinator to implement the studio physics curriculum as well as collaborate with other faculty teaching in the sequence.
