Position Summary: Curriculum Innovation Team Support: Work directly with the Associate Dean of Educational Leadership and Innovation in the development and implementation of new curriculum-related activities. Such activities will require communicating, coordinating and facilitating education-related work done by the faculty teams, and supporting their processes. Data track (e.g. qualtric surveys) activities related to curriculum innovation is required to support development and associated scholarly work. Clinical Skills Coordinator: Oversee clinical skill-related activities by coordinating skill sessions (e.g., Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) cases, patient simulation, etc.). This will include assisting in facilitating faculty and staff calibration, and establishing systems to organize activities and related assessments (tracking student performance) and working with faculty to facilitate student remediation. Interprofessional Education (IPE) Coordinator: Responsible for communicating and working across health affairs groups to coordinate IPE-related activities. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: tracking and coordinating student assignment, assisting in working with students and providing overview of related activities, and assuring that pre and post follow-up assessments are completed. Provide high-quality and timely administrative support to IPE-related courses, as well as future courses developed for the new curriculum.

Qualification and Experience: High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
