Position Summary: The Institute for Trauma Recovery Research Program in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a Research Coordinator to work in their growing research program. A primary responsibility of this individual will be to support a recently funded, 22 million dollar project that spans over 5 years, 15 sites, 8 states, and 5,000 study participants examining health outcomes after trauma. The study includes 31 occurrences of data retrieval that are collected over a 12 month period of time. Duties will include supporting the lead coordinators and the research program manager with study startup activities, tracking patients in the study, conducting telephone surveys with enrolled participants, tracking participant payments as well as maintaining accurate and updated manuals of procedures for the studies.

Education Requirements:

Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
