Job description

Duties: Administers the daily financial and administrative operations of the Undergraduate Admissions Office which includes purchasing, accounts payable, payroll and personnel activities. Provides support with variance reporting for maintaining the budget and processes journal entries, as necessary. Manages the 990, art collection, space reporting and greenphire processes for events. Coordinates the purchasing card and meeting card reconciliation process. This individual will be also a member of the Mission Continuity team and will help provide input and guidance on the administrative operations of the office.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required plus two to three years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Working knowledge of university policies and procedures (e.g. financial & HR) preferred. Knowledge and experience with BEN, UMIS and Business Objects preferred.
