Job Summary:

Function as Graduate Program Coordinator for the Part-Time Masters in Social Work (MSW) graduate program. Responsible for administration and implementation of graduate program activities, policies, and procedures from admission to graduation. Interpret rules and regulations of the department and the Graduate School, evaluate transcripts, advise and assist graduate students and faculty with Graduate School rules and procedures; maintain data for annual accrediting organization and various Department statistical needs; has voting rights on the Part-Time MSW Admissions Committee; and troubleshoot student problems and difficulties as needed. Coordination between UW-Madison and UW-Eau Claire to unsure a transparent continuation of services between two campuses.
