PROGRAM MANAGER, MSW, School of Social Work, Academic Affairs

In order to ensure consistent high quality instruction at SSW, the MSW Program Manager coordinates with Department Chairs for the recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation of SSW instructors across the Charles River Campus, four Off-Campus Program (OCP) sites and the Online Program (OLP). The role will also coordinate with the Assistant Dean for Off-Campus and Online Programs and Department Chairs regarding online course facilitators. The MSW Program Manager has a lead role in program assessment activities that contribute to quality curriculum and instruction and coordinates with the SSW Registrar on course scheduling.

Masters degree in Social Work, 3-5 years of related experience. Experience teaching at a Master's level and demonstrated success in developing and implementing program assessment metrics strongly preferred. Successful candidates will have strong teaching evaluations, excellent organizational/administrative skills, and the ability to work effectively with faculty and administrators.
