LAB COORDINATOR

Job description

Duties: Implement research projects at The Wharton Behavioral Lab with the help of laboratory assistants. The purpose of the position is to provide a variety of services that support data collection for behavioral research on business-related topics. The primary goal is to enhance the productivity of Wharton faculty by minimizing the operational cost and time when conducting their research projects. The position should contribute to Wharton's reputation for excellence in academic research and enhance the school's ability to attract and retain the very best scholars

Qualifications: A high school diploma and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Associate's degree or higher is preferred, marketing or related field a plus. Qualified candidates should have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently.

Computer proficiency and good people skills are required.
