Advertised Job Summary: 1. Field Placement Data, Tracking, and Organization -Coordinate, collect, and log student information from the students being placed. -Assist in preparation and assignment of students in field work, clinicals, or student teaching. -Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Field Experience. -Provide support and assist in the creation and running of events relating to student teaching, clinical placements, Teaching Fellows, and cadet teaching. -Support the Teaching Fellow and Cadet Teaching initiatives including administrative and organization tasks and needs and special events. -Assist students with document and form submissions as necessary. -Organize, track, and continuously update field placements of all students . -Collect and submit required reports from students for placement in clinicals/internships/directed teaching. 2. Respond to the administrative needs of the chairs of the Department of Education and the Department of Human Performance and Health; -Entry and cleaning of LiveText data. -Schedule meetings, appointments, and route messages, mail, and documents to the appropriate department chair. -Receive and screen phone calls for the departments. -Answer phone calls and inquiries at the department level and the associated phone number (5560). - Responsible for taking faculty and leadership meeting minutes and storing them on the P drive. 3. Manage, collect and coordinate application processes for the Professional Education Program: -Collect and process applications and documents relating to the Professional Education Program. -Receive required reports from students for admission to Professional Education Program and for placement in clinicals/internships/directed teaching. 4. Other duties as needed/assigned by supervisor, Dean, Associate Dean, or Chairs.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma and 4 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency. Successful background check is required.
