Provide multifaceted assistance and program support for the Women's Center. Oversee the daily operations of the Women's Center, provide administrative financial management, support staff with programs and events, supervise student staff, and support communication and outreach efforts. This position reports to the Director of the Women's Center.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate's degree with one to three years of related experience, working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Editing, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task required. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, social justice issues and fostering a collaborative multicultural environment. Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and provide effective customer service.

Occasional overtime/weekend hours required, External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees
Hiring Min (Represents full-time (12 months, 1.0 FTE) equivalent salary. Must be prorated for jobs less than 12 months or 1.0FTE (Salary/12 x # of months x FTE))
