Patient Services Coordinator/UKHC

Job description

This person is the point of contact for the Jessamine Eye Clinic and has responsibility for all patient registration, insurance verification, surgery scheduling for one physician, obtaining pre-authorizations for procedures, patient payment collection, preparation of daily deposits, triage of patient calls, and general clinic operations.

The person in this position is critical to the efficient functioning of this clinic and works closely with the physicians and staff to ensure quality patient care.

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Prefer five or more years healthcare patient registration or surgery scheduling experience.
