Washington & Jefferson College (W&J) seeks a rising Enrollment professional with a passion for admissions recruitment & strategy; leading recruitment strategy and planning for diverse populations across the United States in support of Washington & Jefferson’s objectives to enroll an increasingly national and diverse student population. You will lead the planning of the recruitment strategy with the executive team in Enrollment Management; the execution of the strategy will be delivered with the admissions team – from admissions and financial aid staff to the marketing and communication staff.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience meeting recruitment goals
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Liberal Arts College Experience preferred

W&J offers a comprehensive compensation package, which includes a no-cost health insurance plan. Title and compensation will be based on experience.
