Treasury and Debt Analyst
Job description
Assist with the external and internal debt programs of the University, including coordination of debt financing arrangements, continuing disclosure activities, post issuance compliance and tracking internal loans. Perform analysis of proposed and existing debt issues and prepare related reports for management. Assist with treasury functions of the University through analyzing related operations including cash management, operating investments and preparing related reports for management. Monitor compliance with University policies and procedures and state laws. Review and recommend policies to enhance treasury and debt operations.

Sitting for long periods, including computer work.
Shift
Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; and work beyond 40 hours as required for special projects.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Knowledge of banking, public finance and treasury systems. Analytical and quantitative skills. Proficient with excel, word, and other related computer applications. Knowledge of SAP and UK business procedures. Good interpersonal and written communication skills.

Master's Degree Preferred, experience in treasury and public finance reviewing the municipal debt market
