Assist the Head Tennis Coach in coaching and in the management and administration of the women's intercollegiate tennis program. Coach within the framework of the policies, rules, and regulations of the ACC, NCAA, Athletics Department and the university.
Assist in developing, coordinating, and directing all phases of the program to include assisting with staff, budgeting, scheduling, travel, scholarships, recruiting, and equipment. Assist in the responsibility for the discipline, conduct, and image of student athletes as related to the athletic program.

Maintain current skills and techniques in coaching, recruiting, training, and requirements for general management of a Division I-A intercollegiate sport program while adhering to NCAA, ACC, Athletics Department, and University rules and regulations.
Internal business contact for this position may include contact with sports information, facilities marketing, Seminole Boosters, game operations, academics, sports medicine, equipment, student services, and compliance staff. Public contact may include public speaking to various Booster groups, alumni, university and community members, media, and recruits and their families.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Sport Administration, Physical Education, Business or a related field. Minimum of one year of coaching experience at the collegiate level or successful experience as a graduate assistant, volunteer assistant or intern in a collegiate tennis program, or other high level professional or junior coaching experience.
Previous high level collegiate and/or professional tennis playing experience required.
Knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations.
This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.
