Assistant Dean of Student Affairs for Leadership Development
Full-time administrative Assistant Dean of Student Affairs for Leadership Development position is available July 2018. Responsible for the coordination, management, and supervision for the Center for Leadership Development. The ADSA serves as Student Affairs coordinator and liaison to the Divisions of Academic Affairs and Student Success for student academic advising and support services including First Year Experience, Gen Education, Career Development, and Student Advising. The ADSA will oversee departmental and divisional personnel for student leadership programs and education; and professional development experiences; will also coordinate departmental training and in-service education for Student Affairs leadership and professional development programs. Master’s degree in student affairs administration, counseling, or related field required, doctorate preferred. Eight to ten years professional experience in college student affairs work are required.
