Duties: The Administrative Manager will be responsible for all administrative functions across the Penn Medicine Nudge Unit and the Center for Digital Health and will support the Directors on financial and operational projects as needed. This individual will work with leadership to create and improve the existing operational systems, processes and policies in order to improve efficiencies across both groups. This individual will organize, facilitate and supervise all functions for both Directors including scheduling, emails and correspondence. Act as the face of the Directors, intercepting and resolving issues as appropriate. Calendar scheduling for both Directors; tracking, scheduling, coordination and agenda planning for weekly and monthly staff meetings, for biannual Advisory Board meetings, and an annual symposium. Assist with preparation of grant submissions and manuscripts. Support Assistant Directors with onboarding of all new hires, and oversee all administrative tasks of both the Nudge Unit and Center for Digital Health. Provide administrative support for Dr. Merchant's role with the National Clinical Scholars Program.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
