Degree and Area of Specialization:
None required. Degree or signficant professional development in business or retail is preferred.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or a closely related field.
License or certificate:
The Museum Store Manager oversees all aspects of day to day management of the retail operation of the Chazen Museum of Art. The Manager coordinates product development and merchandising for the retail operation. The individual trains and schedules student workers, and serve as a back up for scheduled staff. The Museum Store Manager works under the general supervision of the Assistant Director for Administration.
This position might change to renewable status.
