The Gatton College of Business and Economics is currently recruiting for a College Effectiveness Director. This position will provide leadership and oversight to the Gatton College of Business and Economics in all areas pertaining to the collection, analysis and reporting of College-level data. The position oversees the assessment of the curriculum in order to comply with AACSB and SACSOC accreditation standards and University policies. This position provides support to faculty by introducing contemporary teaching/learning/assessment strategies into the Gatton programs as well as monitor courses to meet accreditation standards and educational practices. The position provides College data for national and international ranking organizations as identified by the College leadership.
