Clinical Education Systems Coordinator, Office of Compliance (IHP Staff)

The Clinical Education Systems Coordinator, reporting to the Clinical Contracts & Compliance Director will; coordinate and track student compliance and immunizations requirements using the systems available including e*Value and Complio for students in all schools and academic programs, communicate with students to insure compliance is maintained, generate required reports and support the analytical needs of the Director. The Clinical Education Systems Coordinator will coordinate the student use of Complio and the student interactions with the PHS Department of Occupational Health.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, and one to three years of increasingly responsible related experience, preferably in an academic institution preferably within clinical education.

- Ability to juggle multiple simultaneous projects, set priorities, and delegate tasks when necessary
- Ability to manage multiple demands and respond to complaints from assorted constituencies
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, calendaring and database applications.
- Technical ability to maintain multiple accounts, monitor agreements, contracts and other accounting matters for the division.
