The School of Journalism at Michigan State University is seeking outstanding candidates for anticipated fixed-term (non-tenure stream) faculty positions in journalism and mass media. These are part-time positions. Primary responsibilities will be teaching either online or campus classes.
Responsibilities will include some combination of the following: teaching a course or courses in journalism and media that students can apply in careers in news media and other industries.
Position’s rank will be at the level of Lecturer, Assistant Instructor, Instructor or Assistant Professor, depending on qualifications. Appointment will be for one semester beginning fall 2018.
