The Department of Science and Mathematics, College of Arts and Sciences seeks applications from qualified candidates for a full-time temporary non-tenure track chemistry lecturer position, specializing in lower-division chemistry courses, especially laboratory sections, beginning in Fall 2018. The College seeks excellence in instruction. Summer teaching assignments may be available but are not guaranteed. Flexible to suit course schedule. Teaching assignments may include day, night, or weekend classes.
- Master's degree in Chemistry, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution.
- A minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in Chemistry.
- A minimum of one year college or university teaching experience.
- A Ph.D. degree Chemistry, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution.

Prior to issuing a letter of appointment, official transcripts must be received directly from each degree-granting institution by the Dean of College of Arts and Sciences, TAMU-SA, One University Way, San Antonio, TX 78224. Transcripts issued directly to the candidate will not be accepted.
