IT Support Specialist

Job description

The University of North Alabama is accepting applications for the position of IT Support Specialist.  This position will install, service, and maintain all UNA purchased computers and software applications utilized on university computers. Work with fellow members of ITS staff to diagnose hardware, network, and software problems on university computers. Member of a team that specializes in supporting computers for employees, classrooms, and labs on campus.

The minimum qualifications for this position include: High school diploma/equivalent is required, college coursework in computer repair or a related field OR certifications (A+, Microsoft, and/or Apple certifications), required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred, six months of related work experience is preferred.
