The Center for Global Initiatives at the Darden School of Business has an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join its team.

The Global Programs Coordinator will serve as a member of the global programs team in the Center for Global Initiatives (CGI), primarily supporting the work of the Director of Global Programs and Darden faculty in delivering excellent student service and ensuring the successful implementation of the range of global programming sponsored by CGI for the residential MBA students, including Darden Worldwide Courses, Global Consulting Projects and Exchange.

This role will provide excellent administrative support to the Director to allow her/him to focus on close collaboration with faculty and program leadership, overall program quality, and seamless execution of the 20+ global academic programs that CGI manages annually.

The Coordinator will support a portfolio of global programs, working with the Director to execute each faculty leader's vision for the course. This may include managing the administrative aspects of development and implementation of programs including related systems such as travel management, student travel registrations, student itineraries for self-managed travel, student travel insurance enrollments, etc., as well as reaching out to external stakeholders to confirm program logistics, meetings and details.

This role will have a high degree of student contact to support students in exploring global options and in supporting other student programming.
