The successful candidate will have expertise in health professions education and scholarship, experience teaching a range of topics to health professionals, and prior accomplishments in online educational activities.
The Assistant/Associate Professor will join the Center for Interprofessional Studies and Innovation (CIPSI) with primary responsibilities in the hybrid Master of Science in Health Professions Education program (MS-HPEd). The MS-HPEd program serves mid-career clinicians/educators and admits cohorts of approximately 22-25 students each year for a two-year, part-time, and largely online program of study. There will be an opportunity to teach introductory and advanced health professions education courses, to serve on Scholarly Project committees, and support MS-HPEd program-related activities (admissions, student advising, etc.). While full-time is preferred, applicants interested in part-time faculty positions will be considered. Full-time presence in Boston is desired but not required.
