Posting Summary:
The University of Virginia Department of Student Health seeks a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to provide one-on-one clinical nutrition counseling services to University students. This position reports to the Senior Nutrition Educator in the Office of Health Promotion.

The Nutritionist will conduct nutrition assessments and offer ongoing nutritional counseling to undergraduate and graduate level students at the university. In developing nutrition care plans, the Nutritionist will collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary healthcare providers to support students' optimal health and well-being. The Nutritionist will uphold a non-diet, weight neutral practice philosophy and have exceptionally strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

The preferred candidate will have 2 or more years of experience providing outpatient nutrition counseling with demonstrated clinical expertise regarding eating disorders and other health and wellness concerns prevalent among college students.
