The Executive Assistant to the Associate Provost of Enrollment Management (APEM) will provide advanced administrative support to the APEM by performing complex, varied and confidential administrative and financial functions supporting the College's strategic priorities. The Executive Assistant to the APEM will be a strong, positive collaborative presence for the APEM Office. Responsibilities include assist in the management of the flow of information from the APEM's to the units in Enrollment Management (EM) and that directors are kept abreast of ongoing developments that affect their areas of responsibility; provide the APEM with appropriate information and data that are compiled and organized to assist the APEM in making sound and effect decisions on projects, initiatives, and responses to administrators, faculty, staff, students, and parents; management and coordination of all search committees and reviews to ensure all procedures are in compliance with Administrative Regulations and Governing Regulations; and working with the APEM and EM leadership to coordinate and facilitate on-going strategic planning process within the Office of Enrollment Management.
