Responsibilities
Assists with daily sales reconciliation for phone, walk-up, and internet transactions, as well as reporting and depositing daily receipts with Athletics Business Office cashier in adherence with University and Athletics Department policies and procedures.
Oversight of event-related ticket operations including supervision of ticket sellers, Will Call distribution, player guest/HS recruit admissions, and general game day ticket operations.
Processes orders and payments for tickets including management and editing of data, allocating, printing, and mailing of tickets.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and two years relevant experience; or a high school education and relevant education and/or experience equal to six years.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
Pay Plan
This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.
Schedule
Must be flexible on work hours, including availability for early morning & evening hours, and weekends.
Criminal Background Check
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.
