Position Summary

The School of Hospitality Business in the Eli Broad College of Business is seeking applications for a fixed-term faculty member with responsibilities in teaching undergraduate students. The faculty member will teach one section of HB 382 HB Real Estate Investment Mgt (3 credits) and co-ordinate/supervise two sections of HB 492 (1 cr) HB Real Estate Skills Workshop each fall and spring semester.  This is a nine-month academic year appointment, subject to annual review and renewal. Additional summer teaching opportunities are possible with additional compensation. Candidate must have a Master’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related discipline, and a record of excellent teaching skills at the undergraduate level to a diverse student body.  There are no research requirements for this position. The position will start August 16, 2018.

Required Degree

Masters -Real Estate, Urban Planning or related

Minimum Requirements

Masters with Real Estate, Urban Planning or related discipline.

Desired Qualifications

Record of excellent teaching skills at the undergraduate level to a diverse student body.
