Job description

This position has broad-ranging responsibilities working with faculty from all relevant disciplines to provide high quality statistical data analysis and assure appropriate experimental design and data collection for broadly healthcare/clinical research studies. This position will develop SAS programs or modify existing ones as appropriate. Design statistical procedures and input/output format for specific research studies. Develop written and graphical/tabular summaries of the data analysis results for grant proposals, final reports, presentations and publications. Work with project teams to determine the format for presentation of the results, and develop the content based on the results of the data analysis. Provide support for both faculty and students in every stage of research: suggest appropriate study design considerations, plan data analysis strategies that are tailored to each project, and conduct the planned data analysis. Other duties as assigned.
