Job Summary

Employee will perform basic Purchasing Administration front desk operation duties including but not limited to exceptional customer service, interaction with public, filing of all Purchase Order documentations, keeping vendor records up to date with most current information, order and organize Office Supplies, and answer phone as needed. Additionally, may be asked to assist other areas of the Purchasing department including Central Receiving and Mailroom.

Minimum Qualifications

Prior Office experience desired, but will train. High school diploma or equivalence. Available to work up to 20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

Good customer service skills and presence with handling a variety of office situations.
