Position Title Part-Time Faculty in Statesboro Position Number Job Description Summary
Part-time faculty at East Georgia State College to teach classes within the School of Humanities on the East Georgia State College—Statesboro Campus, day and/or evening. Disciplines taught in the School of Humanities include learning support English, English composition, Spanish, communications, literature, music appreciation, and art appreciation. Employment subject to the availability and enrollment of classes and will be subject to change from term to term.
Major Duties Knowledge Required by the Position
Candidates should be committed to the two-year college mission, with a primary interest in the teaching/learning process as related to the two-year college student. Competence in electronic communications, as well as distance learning.

Masters degree with a minimum of eighteen graduate semester credit hours of specific work in the field required.
Ph.D. preferred. Successful college teaching experience desirable.
