The Undergraduate Education Program at Curry College invites applications for part-time field experience supervisors for in the initial teacher licensure programs in Early Childhood Education PreK-2, Elementary Education 1-6, and Moderate Disabilities (PreK-8) at the undergraduate level.
Applicants should possess teaching and or administrative experience working in the fields of early childhood elementary education or moderate special education, as well as a strong understanding of child development, curriculum standards, planning, assessment, and meeting diverse student needs. Additionally, applicants should be familiar with the DESE standards for educator preparation and teacher candidate evaluation under the Candidate Assessment of Performance.
This position requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education or related discipline, as well as teaching and or administrative experience at the PK-8 level. Prior experience evaluating and mentoring teacher candidates is highly desirable.
