Job description

Duties: Experience with neuroscience and/or neuroimaging preferred but not required. Specific activities include: (1) Will be responsible to initiate study procedures and staff training for a new protocol including IRB submissions. (2) Develop/oversee study scheduling and appointment coverage; (3) Delegate weekly assignments (phone screening assignments), maintain contact database and monitor research staff's adherence to protocols; (5) take lead on smoking cessation counseling.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 2 years to 4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Successful candidate must have: (1) practical experience coordinating the day to day activities of multiple research protocols; (2) experience in a medically-related position and effective problem solving abilities; (3) effective verbal and written communications skills; (4) ability to multi-task ; (5) demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as independently; (6) knowledge or experience in neuroscience/neuroimaging preferred but not required; (7) experience with smoking cessation counseling preferred
